Healthy Munch is the dry fruit brand of Sanwariya Enterprises, a Guwahati business. We started with a simple idea: the dry fruits you eat every day and the ones you gift should both be premium, and they should come in a jar you’re glad to keep.

So every Healthy Munch dry fruit is packed in a clear jar with a screw lid: you can see exactly what you’re buying, it stays fresh after opening, and when it’s empty it becomes the jar for your spices, sugar or sweets.
