This website is run by Sanwariya Enterprises (“we”, “us”), the company behind the Healthy Munch brand, based in Guwahati, Assam, India. This policy explains what personal information we receive and what we do with it.

What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store the answers you type into our enquiry forms. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your answers are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it.

We receive personal information only when you contact us directly, for example:

• your name, phone number and message when you write to us on WhatsApp or call us;
• delivery addresses, company details and GST details you share to place an order or get a quote.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and fulfil your order;
• to issue invoices and keep the records the law requires;
• to tell you about your order’s status.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the people needed to deliver your order, or where the law requires it.

Third-party services

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. This website is served through a hosting provider that may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and enquiry messages only as long as they are useful for serving you.
