How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 60005 47775. Tell us the jars, sizes and quantity you need, and we will confirm the price and delivery.
Where are you based, and where do you deliver?
Healthy Munch is a brand of Sanwariya Enterprises, based in Guwahati, Assam. Message us with your delivery location and we will confirm what is possible and when.
Can I buy online?
Our online store is on its way. Until then, WhatsApp is the quickest way to order, and you get a real person on the other end.
Hampers and gifting
Can I customise a gift hamper?
Yes. Mix and match any of our jars in either size. Tell us the occasion, how many hampers you need and your budget, and we will suggest a line-up.
Do you take corporate and bulk orders?
Yes. We pack hampers for corporate gifting, weddings and festivals. Share the quantity and the date you need them by, and we will send a quote. We are GST registered (GSTIN 18CVCPK8602H1ZJ).
Can you add our company’s card or message?
Tell us what you have in mind when you enquire. We will let you know what we can do for your quantity and date.
How early should I order for Diwali?
As early as you can. Diwali falls on Sunday, 8 November 2026, and festive weeks get busy. The earlier you message us, the more choice you have over jars and quantities.
Our dry fruits and jars
Do the jars contain preservatives or added sugar?
No. Each jar contains only the dry fruit named on the label. There are no preservatives and no added sugar.
Which sizes are available?
Every variety comes in a 100g jar. Mix Dryfruits, Almonds and Cashews also come in a 200g jar.
Can I reuse the jars?
Please do. The jars are made to be washed and refilled, and the screw lid keeps whatever you store in them dry.
How should I store an open jar?
Screw the lid back on tightly and keep the jar in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. In humid months you can keep it in the fridge.
